Data Retention & Compliance
DragonDash retains your information only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the full suite of market analytics services. Financial transaction records are maintained in accordance with Vietnamese tax regulations for a period of ten (10) years.
If you terminate your subscription, we initiate a purge cycle. After 90 days, all non-essential personal identifiers are stripped from our analytical logs, leaving only anonymized behavioral data for system training.
